Courses at SOW

Every year teachers, worship leaders and worship teachers from India and different parts of world share their learning's from practical experience and teachings from the Word of God with the students.

SOW is a place where you not only learn about praise and worship but you learn to live worship lifestyle. Students learn not only about becoming worship leaders but also how to raise worship leaders and worship teams in a church.

At SOW, we follow the biblical pattern of "TEACHER - DISCIPLE" relationship to teach the students. So, along with teaching the phenomenon of impartation of anointing and gifting takes place simultaneously. Hence, throughout the session the directors come and live with the students during their respective sessions at the campus and so the class duration every day is 24 hours.

   ▪ The Heart of a Worshipper
   ▪ Introduction to Music Theory
   ▪ Understanding a Rhythm Section
   ▪ Practical Worship Skills
   ▪ Incorporating Scripture in worship
   ▪ Fine Arts and Worship (dance & drama)
   ▪ Songwriting / Composition
   ▪ Intercession
   ▪ Raising Worship Teams and Leaders
   ▪ Christian Ministry Leadership

Courses

	Presently we have two courses every year. First is an all English course that is for two months starting from the 15th of January each year. This is an international course in which students from all over the world can join. In the past years we have had students from U.S.A., NEW ZEALAND, KENYA, CAMBODIA, etc. The lectures are all in English and hence all the students have to know how to speak and write in English. We have kept this session in such a time when the whether is good specially for the international students. During this time of two months the students are not just there in the School of Worship Campus in Nawabganj but are taken to visit other branch churches of Assembly of Believers Church in the neighboring cities also. The international students are also taken to visit the TAJ MAHAL in Agra (according to there consent and schedule). We also have a Short Term Course for the Hindi speaking. This course is only for 15 days and is in the Hindi language. It starts from the mid of November each year. For those who cannot take a long leave from there school/job this is an excellent option. The Faculty for both of these courses is the same.
